Method of shipping

USA Orders:

-UPS Ground Service.

-UPS 3 Day Select Service.

-UPS 2 Day Air Service.

-Trucking Company (for all oversized aero/body parts).

Canadian Orders:

-UPS Ground Service.

-UPS 3 Day Select Service.

-UPS 2 Day Air Service.

-Trucking Company (for all oversized aero/body parts).

Puerto Rico Orders:

-UPS Ground Service.

-UPS 2 Day Air Service.

-Trucking Company (for all oversized aero/body parts).

International Orders:

-UPS.

-United States Postal Service.

-Trucking Company (for all oversized aero/body parts).


Shipping Policy

-Our Per Item (Best Way) shipping method is only for UPS Ground. All other shipping methods will need to be specified on our order form and you will be charged the additional shipping fees.

-A $5 shipping and handling service charge will be added to every order.

-Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

-International customers will be responsible for any export/import fees.

-SP Engineering will not ship to a PO box, APO/FPO and other military station

-SP Engineering reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s).

-Any refused shipments sent back to SP Engineering does not constitute the right to a credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with SP Engineering for the refused shipment. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 20% restocking fee.

-Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date. An expedited shipping method only instructs SP Engineering to use that method of shipping when the order is processed and ready to ship.

-If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will issue a UPS call tag to pick up the incorrect item(s) and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charge to you. You must contact us within 12hrs of receipt to make this claim.

-All merchandises are packed carefully and correctly utilizing a triple check method before it leaves our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged or loss to your shipment must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packaging for carrier inspection. SP Engineering will not initiate any claims with the carrier. Claims for shortage of items or damaged shipments must be made within FIVE Working days of receipt.


Return Policy

-A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

-All returns are for exchange and store credit only. No refunds.

-No cancellations, refunds, exchanges on special order items or custom ordered items will be allowed.

-Return for exchange or store credit will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

-All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. Any merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched, or defaced will not be allowed.

-RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. We have the right to refuse any returns without this number.

-All returns must be received by SP Engineering within 10 calendar days after the R.A.N. number has been issued.

-R.A.N. number does not imply a replacement or store credit, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.
