Stroker kits explained

Stroker cranks increase displacement by lengthening the stroke. Common examples: Honda K20 stroked to 2.5L (K20+K24 hybrid), Subaru EJ255 stroked to 2.6L, Nissan RB26 stroked to RB28 or RB30, Toyota 2JZ stroked to 3.4L. More displacement = more torque off boost, faster spool, meaningful power gains across the rev range. We stock complete stroker kits with matched pistons, rods, and bearings from BC, Manley, K1, Tomei and JE.

How to choose

  • OE-replacement (cast/forged factory): high-mileage rebuild, stock power target, OEM reliability
  • 4340 forged steel: good for ~800–1,000 whp, daily-driver capable
  • 4340 billet (twin-pin): 1,000–1,500+ whp, race-prepared, professional rebuild required
  • 300M / Aermet billet: 1,500+ whp drag and time-attack builds, specialty bearings required
