Sport vs Race Drop — What to Choose
Sport springs (Eibach Pro-Kit, H&R Sport) drop 1.0–1.4 inches with daily-friendly ride and OE shock compatibility. Sport-Plus / Race (H&R Race, Eibach Sportline) drop 1.5–2.0 inches, require shorter shocks. RS-R Super Down and similar drop 1.5–2.5 inches for aggressive stance. Always pair lowering springs with shorter shocks if dropping more than ~1.5 inches to maintain travel and damping.
