Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing SP Engineering. We ship worldwide from our Southern California warehouse and partner with the leading carriers to deliver your performance parts safely and quickly. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • In-stock items: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation and successful payment verification.
  • Special order / built-to-order items: Some products are ordered directly from the manufacturer or built per request. Lead times for these items typically range from 1–6 weeks. You will be notified at order confirmation if your item is in this category.
  • Drop-shipped items: Many of our products ship directly from our manufacturer partners' warehouses. These ship within 1–5 business days and may travel separately if your order contains multiple drop-ship vendors.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 1pm PST on Friday or over the weekend begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Within the United States

  • Standard: UPS Ground for most parts. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Expedited: UPS 2-Day Air and Next Day Air available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
  • Oversized items: Parts that exceed standard carrier dimensions (full aero kits, bumpers, hoods, wide-body kits, exhaust systems, large brake kits, certain wheels) ship via freight or oversize packaging at a $199 USD flat rate within the continental US.
  • Delivery time: 1–6 business days depending on destination (West Coast typically 1–2 days, East Coast 4–6 days).
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories: Available; please email sales@sp-power.com for accurate quote on oversize items.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to enthusiasts in Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, the UK, the EU, and many other destinations worldwide.

  • Standard items: Shipped via DHL, FedEx International, or UPS Worldwide depending on destination and item type. Rates calculated at checkout by weight and country.
  • Oversized items: Items flagged as oversize use our International Oversized service with tiered rates by destination and weight. Sample starting rates: Australia/New Zealand from $129 USD, Saudi Arabia from $169 USD, UAE from $169 USD, Canada flat $149 USD, US flat $199 USD, Rest of World flat $249 USD. Final rate calculated at checkout based on actual product weight.
  • Extra-large or freight-only items: Some items (full aero kits, large wheel sets, complete suspension packages over 140 lbs) require additional freight quoting. We will contact you within one business day of order with the final shipping quote for your approval before processing.
  • Estimated international transit times: Australia/New Zealand 7–14 business days, Saudi Arabia/UAE 5–12 business days, Canada 5–10 business days, UK/EU 7–12 business days. Customs inspections may add additional delays beyond our control.
  • Currently NOT shipping to: Singapore, China, Russia, and any country subject to current US export restrictions.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs brokerage, and any other fees levied by their destination country at delivery. These charges are NOT included in our shipping rates and are NOT collected by SP Engineering.
  • We recommend checking your country's customs and import duty rates before placing an order so there are no surprises at delivery.
  • All international shipments will be declared at their full retail value. We will not under-declare value on customs forms.
  • Refused or undeliverable international packages: If you refuse a shipment or it is returned to us due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or other customer-caused issue, you remain responsible for all original shipping, return shipping, and any customs/storage fees. These will be deducted from any refund.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Most carriers update tracking within 24 hours of pickup.
  • Multi-vendor orders may receive multiple tracking numbers as items ship from different warehouses.
  • You can also track all of your orders by signing into your account at store.sp-power.com/account.

Address Requirements

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
  • For international orders, please include your phone number and email so the carrier can contact you for customs or delivery coordination.
  • P.O. Boxes are accepted for small items but cannot receive oversize freight shipments.
  • APO/FPO addresses accepted for items under 70 lbs and standard size only.
  • Address changes after dispatch may incur a $20 USD address-correction fee charged by the carrier.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • Inspect on delivery: Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery before signing for it. If the package shows visible damage, note it with the carrier and refuse the shipment OR accept it noting "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days with photos of the packaging and product to sales@sp-power.com. Keep all original packaging and shipping labels for the claim.
  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Missing items in shipment: Multi-item orders may ship separately. Please allow up to 7 business days for all items to arrive before reporting a missing item. Then contact sales@sp-power.com with your order number.

Free Shipping Promotions

  • Free shipping is not offered as a standard policy. Occasionally we run targeted promotional discounts up to 5% off subtotal that can be applied to shipping costs.
  • Promotional codes are applied at checkout and are valid only for the duration and conditions stated.

Fitment Help & Pre-Sale Shipping Quotes

  • Not sure if a part fits or how much shipping will be? Email sales@sp-power.com with your year/make/model and the products you're considering. Our team will confirm fitment and provide an accurate shipping quote before you order.
